Yep, I did it, even though I made excuses…I sat this morning and actually rested for 10 minutes. 3 times the required 3 minutes. Still, it’s nice to know that I only have to make three minutes the committment.

I’m really glad I did Penelope’s today. I haven’t done it all summer. And typically when I do, it’s at the end of a looooong Local’s Loop and I hate it.

Two laps of fun and not too strenuous. Just what I needed!
