You know, there’s something to be said for the fact that the Gondola is down, the shuttle comes every 45 minutes, the bike isn’t ready, you’ve sworn off the car for distances closer than 10 miles, and you still have to go to the bank, go to meetings, and go to the grocery store.

No wonder so many people in Europe are skinny. Walking and using transportation is an easy way to kill off some calories and enjoy the great outdoors.

Slight pull in my hip flexor slowed me down from my normal pace.

The really strange thing is that I am now craving butternut squash. YUMMY!
